Recently, EVE Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “EVE Energy”) and StoreDot Ltd. (“SD”) signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement (“Agreement”) in Huizhou, Guangdong Province. SD’s Dr. Doron Myersdorf, CEO and Co-Founder, Amir Tirosh, COO, Tamir Ben Moshe, Vice President of Global Operations, and EVE Energy’s Dr. Liu Jincheng, Founder, Alexander Holden, Senior Vice President, Dr. Zhao Ruirui, Vice President of Central Research Institute, Dr. Huang Binbin, President of Lithium-ion Battery Research Institute, and other executives of both parties attended to witness.
The Agreement was signed by Doron Myersdorf and Alexander Holden, representing both parties.
The Agreement aims to fully integrate the resourses and technology advantages of both parties to expedite the implementation of the mass production of safe Extreme Fast Charge battery products.
With the penetration rate of electric vehicles increasing rapidly, end customers have higher requirements for battery fast charging performance and other aspects. EVE Energy and SD have a long history of cooperation. In 2018, the two parties established a cooperative relationship for the mass production of safe Extreme Fast Charge battery products. Subsequently, the two parties signed amendment to the framework agreement to extend the cooperation time in 2019 and 2020. At present, the two parties have completed joint research and development and sample testing, and achieved small batch production.
Founded in 2012, SD is an innovative leading company in the fields of materials and equipment applications and fast charging battery technology.
EVE Energy will continue to work with partners to accelerate the iteration of fast charging technology, achieve high efficient and large-scale supply of fast charging batteries, and help worry-free travel and enjoy a beautiful journey.
