On June 25, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony between EVE Energy and CaoCao Inc. was hosted at the Geely Technology Building. The leaders from both companies, including Yang Jian, Vice Chairman of Geely Holding Group and Chairman of CaoCao Inc., Gong Xin, CEO of CaoCao Inc., Liu Jianhua, Co-founder and President of EVE Energy, Zhu Yanchun, Senior Vice President of EVE Energy, and other executives, attended to the ceremony.
EVE Energy and CaoCao Inc. will establish deep cooperation in multiple business areas, integrating the superior resources of both parties to strengthen strategic synergy and accelerate the research and implementation of CaoCao’s customized vehicles, which aims at promoting the high-quality development of shared mobility.
CaoCao Inc., which was founded in 2015, is a strategic investment business of Geely Holding Group to lay out the "new energy vehicle sharing ecosystem". It is the first new energy shared mobility platform to obtain an online car booking operation license in China. CaoCao Inc. commits to provide users with smarter, greener and healthier transportation. So far, CaoCao Inc. has operated a customized fleet of more than 31,000 vehicles in over 60 cities, ranking among the top in the industry.
Regarding this cooperation, Yang Jian, Vice Chairman of Geely Holding Group and Chairman of CaoCao Inc., expressed his hope that both parties will use technological innovation as the driving force to promote all-round improvements in products and services. Gong Xin, CEO of CaoCao Inc., emphasized that CaoCao Inc. takes "technologies reshape green shared mobility" as its mission, building supply-side barriers with customized cars and comprehensive car service solutions. It is expected that this cooperation will further enhance the competitive advantage and promote the development of a shared mobility new ecology.
At the signing ceremony, Liu Jianhua, Co-founder and President of EVE Energy, introduced in detail the core technologies and applications of EVE Energy in the fields of consumer batteries, power batteries, and energy storage batteries. He regarded this cooperation with CaoCao Inc. as an opportunity to explore the new technologies and modes of energy application in the field of shared mobility to promote the green and sustainable development.
